The 5 most common causes of death in the world

With data collected by the Global Health Observatory, the NRC has compiled a list of the five causes of mortality in the world. A focus made in order to stimulate people to take care of their health, avoiding bad behaviors and habits in favor of a healthier lifestyle.

The leading cause of mortality in the world is the heart.

In Europe, more than four million people die each year. About one million of them even before the age of seventy-five.

The abuse of cigarettes, alcohol as well as a sedentary lifestyle and poor diet weigh on cardiovascular disease.
