Choose a diet based on natural foods
The basis is in the diet-we should follow a nutritionally balanced diet based on natural foods in adequate amounts. How to increase the amount of protein?
To ensure adequate protein intake, make sure that every meal of the day contains a source of protein. Try to add a good source of protein to each meal, such as white yogurt, semi-fat or low-fat ricotta cheese, kefir, lean meat, fish, eggs, tofu or tempeh.

Try supplemental magnesium
Long-term lack of energy could be caused by lack of magnesium. Magnesium is one of the most important mineral elements and is necessary for more than 300 metabolic processes in the body. Don't forget to drink enough water
Sometimes we feel tired simply because we are slightly dehydrated. The human body is composed of up to 70 percent water, and we should drink 30-40 ml of water per kilogram of body weight per day and ideally distribute fluids evenly throughout the day.
