Reduce water consumption
Water is not an infinite natural resource as we may think. For this reason it is important to dose its use well. Taking a few small steps daily can make all the difference: a shorter shower, turn off the tap while brushing your teeth, use a water-saving shower head.

Don't waste electricity
Here the advantage is mutual: it protects the environment and reduces the cost of electricity bills. Be careful not to leave lights on, use class A appliances and energy-saving light bulbs. Make it a habit to disconnect appliances and technological devices from the power outlet when not in operation.

Getting around on foot, by bike or by public transport
The car is comfortable, but a vehicle's fuel emissions can pollute the air a lot. If the route allows it we can walk or ride a bike, which is also very good for our health. Alternatively, it is always better to take public transport rather than your own personal vehicle.

Reduce meat and fish consumption
Of course, not everyone would be happy to reduce the consumption of these foods, but it would be good for both the planet and personal health. The advice is to adopt a varied diet, consisting mainly of fruit, legumes, vegetables and vegetable proteins. Always check the origin of the foods we include in our diet.
