When it comes to skin care, the first priority is thorough cleansing in the morning and evening. We recommend choosing two different products - one for cleansing in the morning, to free the skin of substances excreted by the skin during the night, and another for evening cleansing of make-up and possible impurities. After cleansing the skin, other quality cosmetics should be applied.
It is generally recommended to use a day cream and a night cream of the same brand, as they usually complement each other and this helps to achieve the desired results. During the day, the skin should be moisturised and protected, while during the night it should be nourished.
Products should be related to the woman's age, as well as skin type (dry, combination). For women 40+ we also recommend adding a high quality eye contour cream.
It is also recommended to add serums that contain active substances to the cosmetic routine. Serums have a higher concentration and therefore give more nutrition to the skin. The serum should be applied a few minutes before cream application so that it is completely absorbed by the skin.
From time to time it is necessary to free the skin of dead skin cells so that the nutrients from cosmetic products can be absorbed by the skin. For this, it is recommended to do a gentle exfoliation (scrub) 3-4 times a month.
After exfoliation is the right time to apply a moisturising or nourishing mask and relax for 15-20 minutes.
We must not forget to drink enough water. We can use the best products, but if we are not hydrated enough, unfortunately our skin will be the first to show it.
